Updating your personal information

If you bought new SIM or a new house, it will be your sole responsibility to update the information with Spring Life Insurance team. You can email or directly contact us through website, mobile app, by calling or over emails. You must update your name, address, and email or telephone number to continue getting updates, Offers and payment notifications.

Spamming and solicitation

Sharing or spamming any piece of information is strictly prohibited at Spring Life Insurance.

Notice of applicability to children

Our life insurance services are not applicable for the children under 13 or younger. You will require a guardian or parent to access our services as nominee. 

Using electronic signatures

Online access

For the customer’s convenience Spring Life Insurance has provided few Online activities such as you can access computer, mobile or personal TAB to access the services of the our company. You need to have an internet connection for getting policies and products and to perform certain transactions as well.

To enjoy the online access of our services and page, you need to accept the information in the form of SMS, Email notification or through calling which will be about your documentation, price quote, billing statements and digital signatures. Although it will not a compulsion for the Spring Life Insurance to update you electronically every time, Spring Life Insurance opt for sending your digital notification on its own sole discretion.

Different country follow different insurance rules, so you can ask our team on call regarding the font size of the insurance documents. 

System requirements

To receive access and reply to applicable Communications, you’ll need: 

  • A personal computer or other access device with internet access

  • A web browser that is capable of supporting 128-bit SSL encryption

  • Software that lets you get and open Portable Document Format (PDF) files

  • The ability to download or print agreements and disclosures


System requirements to retain information

In order to keep the Communications you receive electronically for your records, your system must be able to download (for example, to your hard disk drive or a floppy diskette), print PDF files, or print web pages and embedded HTML files and sign Communications with a pen, and then return them to Spring Life Insurance according to the instructions on the document. For this purpose, you must have a functioning printer connected to your computer or other device that is able to print Communications and the instructions on plain, white 812-by-11-inch paper.

Claims Self-service terms and conditions

Using claims self-service will provide you with access to certain claims information. However, it will not replace communication with the claims adjuster or written correspondence with the claimant. For additional information concerning a claim, you should contact your assigned adjuster.

We do not confirm the accuracy of information presented within Spring Life Insurance's Claims Self-service or that we have completed our investigation of the claim. Contact your assigned adjuster if you have concerns or questions about the information displayed on Claims Self-service.

After you cancel your policy with Spring Life Insurance, you won't be able to access the Claims Self-service service for 30 days. Spring Life Insurance will continue to investigate and evaluate your claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy and state law. 

It is your responsibility to inform your assigned adjuster in writing if you are represented by counsel and no longer wish to receive email correspondence from Claims Self-service. Please specify in your written correspondence that you wish to cease receiving emails from Claims Self-service. Once you are represented by counsel, you must discontinue using the Spring Life Insurance.com portal if you do not wish to receive online access to Claim Self-service.

As part of the Claims Self-service option, you can upload and submit your own photos and documents related to the incident. However, you should only upload photos and documents that relate to the claim and fall within one of the categories listed in the Photo & Documents option. Uploading correspondence, time-sensitive materials, or documents related to a personal injury claim (such as medical records, bills, and photographs of the injury) are not accepted. Please e-mail, mail, or fax any photos or documents that do not fit into one of the categories available through the Photo & Documents Upload feature to your claims representative. Spring Life Insurance will use the photos and documents you upload for purposes of investigation, evaluation and resolution of your claim, as well as for other business purposes.

You are not permitted to replace or modify your policy or policy declarations page with information displayed in Self-Service Claims. You should read your policy and policy Declarations Page for complete information on your coverage. When there's conflict between the policy, the policy Declarations Page, and the information listed on the Claim Self-service website, the policy and policy Declarations Page take precedence.

Intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights

Intellectual property

Copyrights, trademarks, service marks, treaties, and other proprietary rights, as well as the laws of the United States and other countries, protect intellectual property. Please make sure to abide by any additional trademark or copyright notices or restrictions included in the Terms and Conditions. Spring Life Insurance does not grant you any rights or interests in its intellectual property and the Terms and Conditions don't create any relationship between the two parties. Trademark notice

You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited and revocable right to access, use, and display and navigate the Site solely for your personal, non-public use. Visitor Submissions used, displayed or propagated by Spring Life Insurance or others licensed by Spring Life Insurance to use Visitor Submissions may be attributed to you unless the visitor has expressly requested anonymity. Spring Life Insurance reserves the right to select among the Visitor Submissions for the most appropriate material to be used, subject to Spring Life Insurance's sole discretion and judgment. Spring Life Insurance otherwise reserves the right to remove Visitor Submissions from the Site pursuant to its discretion and judgment, but maintains no obligation to do so.
